The Team

All of our staff are trained and certified technicians. Many computer consultants are nothing more than break-fix guys, but our staff understands the cost of down time and importance of preventive maintenance.

Scott Johnson CEO

Scott started selling Commodore and Atari computers in 1984 when he took over the company. His knowledge and experience helping businesses and consumers with their computer needs has earned Omnis Computers a strong reputation as the top computer company in the Capital Region.

Clinton Johnson Operations Manager

A recent graduate from Siena, Clinton oversees the marketing, management, and accounting at Omnis. Clinton has years of experience working with his father Scott running the company and providing excellent service and support for all of their clients.

Cheryl Gemmette Office Manager

Cheryl grew up in Scotia and went to school in Florida. She has a degree from St. Petersburg College If you want something done she is the go to person. Cheryl is Omnis's office manager. But Cheryl has run her own business as well as managed a few others.

Matt Miklacic Senior Network Engineer

Matt grew up in Ohio, and moved to Schenectady after he got married. He worked IT for his High school and County Courthouse before going to Cedarville University to study in a completely different field. After graduation he found himself back in the IT field, and returned to school through New Horizons, enrolling in their Network Systems and Security Professional program. He has been trained and certified by Microsoft, Cisco, and Comptia.

Tara Johnson Sales and Marketing

Also part of the family business, Tara is the director of sales and marketing at Omnis Computers. Tara oversees the promotion of Omnis Computer's products and excellent service and support.

Jeff Hutchinson Network Engineer

Jeff is one of the computer technicians at Omnis. Specializing in business servers and networking, Jeff has the knowledge and expertise to manage, diagnose and repair both small and large-scale business computing environments.

Nate Cohen Network Engineer

Nate grew up with computers and continued his computer education at SCCC. Nate is one of the new breeds of computer techs - he's one of those techs that just understands computers. Nate is known as the multi-tasking king.

Jeremy Fobare Network Engineer

Jeremy was born and raised in Scotia NY, and grew up during a time when computers were really beginning to take over. Realizing how important they were becoming, he took an interest in computers at a young age, taking classes and teaching himself through hands-on experience. The youngest tech at Omnis, he services PC's, keeps things organized, and sometimes shows some of the “old dogs” new tricks.
